很多人對「院前急救」充滿熱誠，但在日常生活中不易深入接觸。在 MERS，我們深知專業的救援不止於現場救人，背後的急救教育、學術研究及行政策劃同樣是我們的核心使命。

因此，我們特別推出「MERS 實習生計劃」，為有志投身急救及醫療行業的年輕人打開大門！

🗓️ 招募詳情：本計劃為一年一度招募，主要集中於每年 6 月至 8 月展開，實習期為期數個月，讓你在實踐中獲得充實的成長體驗。 Many people are passionate about "Pre-hospital First Aid", but it is not easy to gain in-depth exposure in daily life. At MERS, we know that professional rescue extends beyond on-site lifesaving; the underlying first aid education, academic research, and administrative planning are equally core to our mission.

Therefore, we proudly present the "MERS Internship Program", opening doors for young people who aspire to join the first aid and healthcare industry!

🗓️ Recruitment Details: This is an annual program with primary recruitment and internship taking place between June and August. The program lasts for several months, offering a rich and hands-on learning journey.

真實急救服務體驗： 走出課室，跟隨專業團隊親身參與全港各類大型活動的駐場急救服務。 Real First Aid Service Experience: Step out of the classroom and follow a professional team to participate in on-site first aid services for major events across HK.
突破常規的專業知識： 學習常規急救課程「以內及以外」的實戰醫療知識。 Beyond-the-norm Professional Knowledge: Learn practical medical knowledge both inside and beyond standard first aid courses.
急救機構行政運作： 參與醫療支援公司的幕後營運、物流協調及醫療站統籌。 First Aid Organization Operations: Participate in behind-the-scenes operations, logistics coordination, and medical station management.
快樂與人情味並重的體驗： 在充滿熱誠、互助互愛的專業團隊中學習與成長。 A Joyful & Heartwarming Experience: Learn and grow within a passionate, supportive, and professional team.

我們致力培育具備國際視野的醫療救援人才！表現優異的實習生，將有機會獲得 MERS 全額或部分贊助，代表團隊前往海外參與急救及醫療交流活動，與國際專業救援人員互相切磋，擴闊你的專業眼界！ We are committed to nurturing medical rescue talent with an international perspective! Outstanding interns will have the opportunity to receive full or partial sponsorship from MERS to represent our team in overseas first aid and medical exchange activities, exchanging knowledge with international professionals and broadening your professional horizon!
