如果你對院前急救充滿好奇，或者正準備投身醫療護理行業，但不確定自己是否已經準備好面對前線的高壓環境，MERS 的「見習生計劃」將會是你最好的試金石！

透過這個計劃，你將緊貼我們資深的醫療團隊，在最真實的環境中「用眼睛學習，用經驗感受」。

🗓️ 計劃詳情與申請要求：
• 本計劃為期 1 個月 (Just for a month)。
• 如有興趣申請，請於提出申請時註明每星期可出席/參與的天數。 If you are curious about pre-hospital first aid or preparing to join the healthcare industry, but unsure if you are ready for high-pressure frontline environments, MERS's "Shadowing Program" is your ultimate stepping stone!

Through this program, you will closely shadow our senior medical team, learning with your eyes and experiencing through action in real-world settings.

🗓️ Program Details & Application Requirements:
• Program Duration: 1 month only.
• Interested applicants please state your weekly availability (number of days per week) upon application.

正就讀護理學、救護學或相關醫療學科之大專學生 Tertiary students studying nursing, paramedicine, or related healthcare disciplines
剛考獲急救證書，希望累積實地見聞的新手 Newcomers with first aid certification seeking practical field exposure
對大型活動醫療支援感興趣的人士 Individuals interested in event medical support operations

✨ 你將會在見習生計劃中體驗到： What You Will Experience in the Program:

前線實地觀察： 獲派駐到全港各大型體育賽事及盛事，近距離觀察急救站的實際運作與傷者分流流程。 Frontline Field Observation: Stationed at major sports events and galas across HK to observe first aid post operations and casualty triage.
專業導師隨行指導： 跟隨我們資深的註冊護士 (RN)、輔助醫療人員及資深急救員，了解他們在緊急情況下的臨床判斷與決策過程。 Mentorship & Guidance: Shadow senior Registered Nurses (RN), paramedics, and veteran first aiders to understand clinical judgment in emergencies.
裝備與流程認知： 認識國際級急救裝備的實際應用（如 AED、復甦器及各類創傷敷料），並學習醫療站的通訊與物流協調。 Equipment & Logistics Insight: Learn international medical equipment applications (e.g., AED, resuscitators, trauma dressings) and communication systems.
職涯發展探索： 透過與前線專家的交流，擴闊醫療人脈，為未來的職業生涯或進一步成為 MERS 正式團隊成員鋪路。 Career Exploration: Expand professional networks and pave the path for future career opportunities or official membership at MERS.
