First Aid On-Site Service

Application Guidelines & Service Scope

Staffing & Qualifications

Each on-site service is deployed with a minimum of 2 qualified first aid team members.
All first aiders hold valid professional first aid certificates and AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification with extensive frontline experience.

Medical emergency & trauma treatment supplies
Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

Spine board / Backboard
Medical oxygen kit
Wheelchair & transport equipment

Supplies Provided by Applicant

Requirements for Applicant

1 desk and 4 chairs (for first aid station use)
Bottled water (for casualty treatment)
For outdoor events, a tent or sheltered area must be provided

Yellow / Red Signals

Typhoon Signal No. 1 / 3
Yellow / Red Rainstorm Warning

• First aiders will provide services as normal.
• If the event is terminated early by the organizer, full service fee is non-refundable.

Signal No. 8 / Black Rainstorm

Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Above
Black Rainstorm Warning

• Event Already Started: If cancelled or terminated early, full service fee is payable.
• In Effect 2 Hours Prior to Event: Entitled to free rescheduling (rescheduled event must take place within 60 days of original date).

Advance Notice Mechanism

Pre-announced Bad Weather
by Observatory

• Postponement request 12 hrs prior: No extra charge.
• Postponement request within 12 hrs: HKD 500 admin fee.
• Early termination requires full payment.
