- We partner with local courier formed by a group enthesis young Hongkonger but the large courier. As such, if the customer chooses SF store, EF locker, or collection point as the delivery address, we can arrange delivery, while the delivery fee has to be paid by the customer on top of the original shipping fee .
- The delivery will takes 3-5 days locally.
- The delivery time may vary due to holidays or bad weather.
-If no one collected while delivery arrived, another delivery date will be arranged.
- If we are unable to contact with any receiver during the delivery period, we will attempt to deliver to the management office of reciver's apartment, if the management office unable to collect on behalf of the receiver and need to be return, the delivery will sill consider as full-filled by MERS.

- Address changes for any course will result recalculation of delivery fee, and the delivery fee will be collected from customer during collection
- Logistic service will deliver to the address provided by the customer.For Force Majeure(e.g. pandemic lockdown),logistic personal will arrange separately with customer.
